A 1: It is a most essential and valuable qualification providing an all round systematic approach to Indian payroll management and compliance. The qualification is based on detailed consultation of experienced payroll professionals both internationally and from India and has the support and endorsement of leading educationalists and eminent practitioners including the Minister of Higher Education Maharashtra, Directors, Commissioners of PF, ESI's and International payroll governing bodies. In short, you will gain a valuable learning experience allowing you to compete successfully against other professions and post graduate qualifications (CA/ MBA's etc).

 

A 2 : The course is designed to provide a fresher / current practitioner all the knowledge, skills and application base in a coherent and planned way, and to apply this gained knowledge and skills in a professional manner which an employer (national and international) would welcome.

A 4 : Yes, once enrolled on the NAIP course, you start your recognized career path as a 'true professional'. You become an “Associate Member of NAIP”. On successful completion of the NAIP qualification you will be able to be a full member of NAIP and a full international member of IPP with the associated Prestigious Professionally Recognised Designations. In addition, we will be offering progression courses to study on completion of the NAIP qualification which will include more International Payroll skills and knowledge.

A 6 : It is in 3 tiers;

i) Tier 1 - For INR 1500 you can become an associate member for 1 year. This entitles you to monthly emailed updates and one email query to our advisory service.

ii) Tier 2 - An additional INR 1000 gains you unlimited access to payroll legislation. For combined tier 1 and tier 2 it costs INR 2500.

iii) Tier 3 - A further additional INR 1000 gains you regular access to our advisory service. The combined 3 tier package costs INR 3,500.

 

A 7 : NAIP offers payroll courses both in classroom and a distance learning mode.

 

Regular classroom (this will not put a strain on your other commitments as you will only be required to attend 4 hours a week, over Saturday or Sunday).The Advanced Diploma in Payroll and Payroll Compliance Management course comprises ten months extensive learning-160 hours of which 100 are classroom and 60 is assignments, examination and projects:

 

Part A – 30 Hours

Part B – 20 Hours

Part C – 30 Hours

Part D – 20 Hours

 

There is a two month optional additional programme on the job training after the successful conclusion of the ten months learning. Total fees for the classroom learning are INR 62,500/- and cover the following:

Distance learning in Post Graduate Diploma in Payroll Management (NAIP in strategic partnership with MIT, Pune and IPP, UK offers Diploma in Payroll Management). The course comprises 10 months distance learning framed upon guidelines of Distance Education Council of India.
