The distance learning course is designed in three parts, each part
providing a stand-alone qualification and the combination of all
three parts results in the awarding of the Post Graduate Diploma
in Payroll Compliance Management. (See the content table
below).
NAIP is using the state of the art e-learning portal which is utiisled
by many UK Universities. It will enable you to take full advanatge
of quality distance learning learning which can be used anywhere
that provides access to the internet – home, work or in socia l
environments. The e-learning portal will provide online course
material in addition to the hard copy to you will receive. In addition
it includes automated self -assessment, a fully resourced on-lni e
library, tutor and student blogs. This on-line learning is supported
by personal tutor support and on-line PCP seminars for each
module.
Your personal tutors are also available throughout your study vai
email. As additional back up to your studies you will also receive
the course material in hard copy.
During your study you will be required to undertake some
practical work which will include looking at a number of different
employment sectors by using case studies
The Post Graduate Diploma in Payroll & Payroll Compliance
Management is recommended to be studied over a 52 week
period. However you have the option to study the course in parst
and still attain the stand alone qualifications leading to the full post
graduate qualification
Studying the course in parts would mean the recommended
study time with examination and assignments would be:
* Foundation Certificate in Payroll and Payroll
Compliance, covering the core competencies of payroll
and compliance – 13 weeks
* The Advanced Certificate in Payroll Administration and Compliance, takes payroll compliance further to
involve you with the more intricate details of compliance
– 24 weeks
* Certificate in Payroll Management, covers managerial
skills necessary to bring about an efective payroll
department, including working in a team to supervisory
and management skills as well as efective presentation
and performance – 15 weeks
Enrolments are open throughout the year, with new start
dates at the beginning of each month
